The Fair Jobs Initiative

The Fair Job Initiative of National Confederation of Dalit Organisations (NACDOR) creates institutional mechanisms linking the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes and the corporate for the four Es – Employment, Employment, Entrepreneurship and Education.

NACDOR is open to collaboration with interested corporate houses, individual companies and donor agencies to strengthen this initiative.

NACDOR has developed a website to link SC/ST applicants with the private sector companies enabling the both to find suitable opportunities, SC/ST being in locating employment, skill, training and entrepreneurship while private sector find suitable candidates for their affirmative action targets.
